The Board of Trustees is responsible for the governance of Fife Health Charity and makes decisions on all applications for funding over £10,000.
The Board of Trustees is supported by a Sub Committee, with a range of delegated functions including the monitoring of income, expenditure and investment performance.
Fund Managers are actively encouraged by the Trustees to utilise the funds that they manage for the benefit of NHS Fife patients and staff.
