Fife Health Charity has received funding from NHS Charities Together to support integrated care partnerships delivering collaborative projects.
Stage 2 Projects
To support projects that will help at-risk groups access vital support and information, that will ease pressures on teams and hospital services, improve access to quality care and reduce health inequalities.
Fife Health Charity has received over £80,000 towards projects where we will work in partnership with a number of Fife community organisations. These partners will use the funds to help tackle social isolation, mental health challenges and inequalities within their communities.
