The Cabinet Secretary for Health and Sport has announced the appointment of Alistair Morris to the Fife NHS Board.
Alistair Morris is a Scottish solicitor with over 35 years’ experience in private practice acting for individuals, families and owner managed businesses. With the exception of the four years he spent studying at Aberdeen University, Alistair has lived in Fife all his life.
After serving 24 years as an elected member of the Law Society of Scotland’s Council, he was elected President in 2014/15. Alistair was also a member of the Judicial Appointments Board for Scotland until January 2019.
Alistair Morris has been appointment for an initial term of four years and will serve on the Fife NHS Board until 31st July 2023.
