Mrs Linda Douglas will join NHS Fife’s over 8,000-strong workforce on 1st January 2020.
She spent the past two and a half years Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development with the Scottish Ambulance Service, a post she has held since December 2016.
Linda has an outstanding track record in Human Resourcesand Organisational Development gained in the UK and overseas.
Her professional interest include; developing positive organisational culture and delivering organisation transformation.
Linda is particularly committed to diversity and inclusion;

Linda will take over from Barbara Anne Nelson who will retire in December after over 40 years service with the NHS in Scotland.
