You can access free online education courses to learn more about diabetes by visiting the My Diabetes My Way eLearning Website. These courses will be especially useful if you've just been diagnosed, or want to know more about any of these topics:
- Type 1 diabetes
- Type 2 diabetes
- Gestational diabetes
- If you are considering, or are starting on an insulin pump
- If you are considering, or starting FreeStyle Libre
- If you are a teenager/young adult with Type 1 diabetes

Diabetes UK Scotland have produced an education pack for those newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes which you can order by contacting the Diabetes Scotland Helpline on 0141 212 8710.

Active Options (Health and Welbeing)
Health & Wellbeing - Fife Sports and Leisure Trust (fifeleisure.org.uk)
Active Options is a physical activity programme for people in Fife who have a long term health condition. The aim of the programme is to get you moving a bit more. Classes include:
- Active for Health
- Active Circuit
- Active Strength and Balance
- Active Move
- Active Back Care
- Active Stability
The Health and Wellbeing programme is self-funded. Classes are run by highly-qualified instructors. Fife Sports and Leisure Trust deliver over 90 health classes a week, with 3000 participants attending and enjoying health and wellbeing benefits of being active, as well as meeting others who are also living with a long-term condition. To be referred into the Active Options programme, please ask your health or social care professional or make a self referral.
