Phase 2 – Diabetes Explained (for people with Type 2 diabetes)
Diabetes Explained is an education programme which will provide you with more in-depth knowledge and skills to manage your diabetes. You will learn about the up-to-date treatments and have the opportunity to explore and address concerns that you may have with your diabetes.
