- 2 rice cakes with low fat cream cheese / cottage cheese and cucumber
- 1 crumpet
- Malt loaf slice
- Sugar free jelly
- Popcorn
- 1 triangle oatcake
- 1 scoop of ice cream
- 1 fun sized chocolate bar
- Small packet of lower fat / baked crisps
- 1- 2 plain biscuits
