Our secure online portal Patient Hub allows you to CONFIRM, REBOOK or CANCEL your hospital appointments, depending on the speciality, from your smart phone, tablet or computer.
All patients with a registered mobile number and/or email address with automatically be sent communications to access this service when required. Please make sure we have your up-to-date contact details and if you would like to opt out you can do this through Patient Hub or by contacting your speciality.

Depending on the service, you may also be asked to complete a patient survey or questionnaire through Patient Hub. This reduces the number of physical or telephone appointments required and allows you to complete the survey in the comfort of your own home.
